The Rhythmic Entrainment Intervention (REI) series CDs are generalized versions of our highly acclaimed REI Custom Program. Because of their clinical nature and need for proper use, the REI CDs are only available through the Strong Institute or one of our Authorized REI Providers.

Calming Rhythms

Calming Rhythms contains specialized rhythms and rhythmic techniques that have been shown in clinical trials to aid in the reduction of anxiety - in most cases taking just a few minutes to achieve. Calming Rhythms is especially effective for people who experience chronic levels of anxiety, who frequently suffer from acute cases of anxiety, or who simply want to achieve a calm neurological state. This CD is effective for both individuals and groups.

Focusing Rhythms

Focusing Rhythms contains specialized rhythms and rhythmic techniques that have been shown in clinical trials to aid in increasing focused attention – in most cases taking just a few minutes to achieve. Focusing Rhythms is especially effective for people who experience problems maintaining focused attention or for anyone who just wants some help sustaining their attention on a specific task.

Sleep Rhythms

For over twenty-five years the Strong Institute has been at the forefront of music-medicine research exploring how musical rhythm can be used to affect brain function. Part of this innovative research has focused on synchronizing the listener’s brain and producing a state of neurological calm.

Sleep Rhythms contains specialized techniques that have been shown in clinical trials to aid in speeding the onset of sleep – in most cases taking just a few minutes to achieve.

 SI (Sensory Integration) Series

The SI Series 8-CD set focuses on Sensory Integration (SI) to aid in supporting optimal sensory function. This set is designed with the Sensory professional in mind.

The CDs in this set can be used during Sensory Integration exercises or in between Sensory Integration sessions and focuses on four primary sensory areas - auditory, proprioception, tactile, and vestibular.
