REI Authorized Provider Training Programs

Licensed therapists can offer Rhythmic Entrainment Intervention CDs and programs through our Authorized REI Provider network. We currently have nearly two thousand providers located around the world. Authorized REI Providers come from a variety of backgrounds including:

  • Occupational Therapists
  • Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Physical Therapists
  • Psychologists and psychotherapists
  • Psychiatrists and neurologists
  • Family Practice Physicians
  • ADD, AD/HD specialists
  • Certified Autism Specialists
  • Music Therapists
  • Other health care professionals who work with individuals with neurological disorders

Now you can earn AOTA CEUs for these trainings.

Note: The assignment of AOTA CEUs does not imply endorsement of specific course content, products, or clinical procedures by AOTA.

You can train to become an Authorized REI Provider two ways:

Comprehensive Online Provider Training Course

The REI Authorized Provider training is a 7-hour course designed for professionals unfamiliar with REI who want the most comprehensive introduction to REI. This program offers a solid foundation of the history and research of musical rhythm.

The online Authorized Provider Training program is a self-paced, streaming-video program that allows you to work at your own pace in the convenience of your home or office.

Live REI Provider Training Seminars

We offer only select live training events each year, usually 1 or 2. These are unique programs facilitated by REI creator and Strong Institute Director, Jeff Strong.

Due to the popularity of our online training courses, we currently have no live training events scheduled. We recommend that you take the self-paced trainings or contact us at 800-659-6644 if you'd like to help organize one.

Note: The REI Provider trainings cover details of offering the REI CDs and programs and do not include material on performing REI rhythms in practice. We are working on a training program for building performance skills and protocols. The first course in the series will be available in the first quarter of 2012.
