The simple four-step intake process is clear and concise. Your first listening session is available almost immediately.
Online Interaction makes the Program easy to implement and easy to use. In just 30 minutes a day you will play the daily session and input your daily tracking information. Your listening session is accessible from any computer, media player or SmartPhone: You can download the file or you can stream it.
No need for any special equipment or even headphones (though you can use headphones if you wish). You simply play your session through any device.
