REI is the most researched auditory program developed and we strongly believe in the effectiveness of all our CDs. Though we offer refunds/returns on our CDs (see policies specific to each CD below), we are crazy about client support and want you to have the opportunity to experience the personal attention we can offer you to get your CD working propery for you.

So if you are having problems with your CD please call our customer support team at 800-659-6644. We are here 9am to 5pm Mountain time.

Please read the sections below to understand the refund policy for each of our CDs.

If you are unsatisfied with the effects of Calming Rhythms, Focusing Rhythms, Sleep Rhythms CDs or individually packaged SI Series CDs, we will happily refund your money. Simply call us at 800-659-6644 and we'll work together to either the help you properly use the CD or to issue a refund.

Important: The SI Series 8-CD Sets are designed for institutional and clinical use and must be returned unopened.  No refund will be given to sets that have been removed from their shrink-wrap. For unopened sets, there is a 10% restocking charge for returns.

If you decide to request a refund for a physical CD, we will give you a RA# to include with the CD you are returning. Also, please include your original payment information with the return, as we don't keep credit card numbers's on file.
