The New, the Old and the Unexpected: Understanding REI Custom Program Options

Last year we launched an all new REI Custom Program. This is the world's first (and only) completely custom-made, dynamically adjusted brain stimulation program.

The new REI Custom Program utilizes an online system to interact and create dynamically engineered tracks based on a client's response to their custom REI track.  And our clients' results have surpassed our expectations.

The New Dynamically Engineered REI Custom Program

This new program draws from our formative research plus the experiences we have had over the last 8 years with our Original REI Custom Program clients. We discovered that, for most people, adding tracks with progressively increasing levels of stimulation increases the breadth and depth of their long term benefits.

This is difficult to do with the time-lag that happens in creating and mailing physical CDs, so we created an online system that allows for almost immediate creation of tracks to keep the process moving swiftly.

As a New REI Custom Program client you can choose to listen to an audio stream online or download an MP3 file to load onto any music player.

Our online system includes an interactive account manager that allows us to respond to your needs more quickly and helps us make the necessary adjustments in real time. As well, your tracking is done online and is overseen by your REI provider as well as Strong Institute staff. The web of support for this program outpaces our already superior customer support.

We offer three levels of the new REI Custom Program: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level focuses on a different number of symptoms, consists of varying numbers of dynamically engineered REI audio tracks, and fits different budgets. You can learn more abut the new REI Custom Program here.

As successful as this new program has been, we are finding that some clients prefer the old program using physical CDs and a paper intake form. So, for the foreseeable future we are also offering both the new and the original REI Custom Program.

A refresher on the Original CD-Based REI Custom Program

This program uses a printable intake form and starts with 2 CDs, with additional CDs created in response to the results of the first two, generally at about the six week point of the program. This program was introduced in 2004 after a decade and more of research on how auditory rhythm can be used to stimulate the brain.

This program has been used by thousands of people with a range of conditions including autism, ADHD, sleep issues, mood disorders, and brain injury to name a few. Extended Programs for Current and Past Clients

We receive many calls from past clients (and current clients approaching the end of their programs) wanting to continue REI. In the past clients had the choice to do a whole new program or to continue using their last custom CD.

Both approaches had their limitations and got us thinking about how to help our clients achieve more gains in the most cost and time-efficient way possible. To answer this call, we created two extended REI Custom Program options:

• Extended Track-on-demand. You can have a single REI Track custom-made for you whenver you want. Simply choose a symptom focus and answer the short intake questions: Your track is available in a few hours. This is a great option to gain improvements on a new symptom focus. The cost for this extended track-on-demand is $87.
• Extended Track-a-month. You can address multiple issues with our track-a-month program. You get up to 5 symptoms to focus on and receive a new dynamically-created custom REI each month. This is a 12-month program that you can cancel anytime during the process. The cost is $74/month.

Note: Both these options are available in either streaming/download or CD form. The Streaming/download is standard but you can add a CD for no charge just by letting us know you need one.
