We Stand Behind Our CDs and Programs

REI is the most researched auditory program developed and we strongly believe in the effectiveness of all our CDs and Programs. Though we offer refunds/returns on all our CDs and Programs (see policies specific to each CD/Program below), we are crazy about client support and want you to have the opportunity to experience the personal attention we can offer you to get your CD or Program working.

So if you are having problems with your CD or Program please call our customer support team at 800-659-6644. We are here 9am to 5pm Mountain time.

Please read the sections below to understand the refund policy for each of our CD and Program categories.

Generalized CDs:

If you are unsatisfied with the effects of our generalized CDs or Semi-custom Programs, we will happily refund your money. Simply call us at 800-659-6644 and we'll work together to either the help you properly use the CD/program or to refund your money.

If you decide to receive a refund for a physical CD we will give you a RA# to include with the CD you are returning. Also, please include your original payment information with the return for your refund, as we don't keep credit card numbers's on file.

For refunds on a digital download, we again ask that you speak with us about your use of the CD or program. If you wish to proceed with the refund, we'll take your original payment information over the phone. We ask that you destroy all copies of the digital files.

Note: There is a one-year time-limit on refunds for our CDs.

REI Custom Program

The REI Custom Program is a therapy program that is custom-made for each individual client. It is not a pre-made product. It takes a considerable amount of time and effort to create each person's program. Because of the many variations possible in creating a program for a client, optimizing the REI Custom Program is a dynamic process, where revisions and protocol changes are applied, tracked and discussed. This ensures the highest effectiveness possible, but also requires effort on the parts of both the Strong Institute and the client.

As an REI Custom Program client, you agree to follow the protocol for each CD, offer us feedback on each CD's effects, and stay in touch with us during the process. We will work with you as long as necessary and revise the CDs in your program as often and as much as we feel is necessary to achieve the goals we agreed to when you submitted your intake.This means that if you stay actively engaged with us to make your program work, we will work with you as long as it takes to achieve your goals.

If, after working together and changing the protocol or revising your CDs, we feel that we've exhausted the options available to us to make your program work, we will happily refund your money if you choose.

Important: Failure to follow the REI Custom Program protocols will render null and void your opportunity for a refund. As well, failure to keep in touch with us during the Custom Program and/or it's revision process will result in us determining that the Program is working for you and we will close your case file. Once your case file is closed, you are no longer eligible for a refund for the REI Custom Program.

Note: There is a $150 administration fee reserved from REI Custom Program refunds, so, in the event that we agree to offer you a refund you will receive $345.

REI Authorized Provider Training Program

If you feel that what you learned in the live or online REI AP Training Seminar doesn't offer value for you as a professional or doesn't provide anything that will enhance your practice, we will happily refund your money. You must let us know within 30 days of completing the live training seminar in order to receive a refund.

To receive your refund call 800-659-6644. You will need to supply the date of the live seminar you attended and the provider number you received at course completion. As well, you must surrender any continuing education credits you received upon completion of the training.You will also need to send us all AP materials you received, including your certificate of completion of the training seminar, before your refund is sent to you.

Note: All refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment we received. If you paid by credit card we will need your original credit card information with your refund request, as we don't keep these details on file.
