• Track #1: This track contains REI rhythms accompanied by a guided meditation to help you let go of your day and to help any negative thoughts and beliefs you may have which can keep you from falling asleep. Choose this track if you need the meditation to calm your mind.
• Track #2: This track contains REI rhythms only and is preferable if you don’t need the narration to fall asleep.
Technical note: Because track #1 has a voice-over narration, the REI rhythms are placed further in the background than is typical for an REI recording. If you have one of our other recordings, you will find that you need to turn this one up higher than the recordings without the narration.
Sleep Rhythms is most appropriate for adults. For children with sleep problems, we recommend Calming Rhythms.
